Change of Bank Account Policy

For your security we can only accept changes to your nominated bank account when you provide us with a signed
Debit Form and a copy of your  Bank Statement.

These items may be faxed to (03) 9793 5399 however the originals must also be mailed to PO Box 4556 Dandenong            
South VIC 3175.

The documents must be received at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment.
